How to do Weighted Lateral Neck Flexion:

  1. Keep a comfortable posture with your spine straight.
  2. Turn your head to the side so that your ear is towards the same shoulder as the hand holding the weight. Do not raise or shrug your shoulder.
  3. Bring your head back to being upright gradually.
  4. Before transferring to the other side, do the movement the appropriate number of times on one side.
